Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Language: English language proficiency required; additional languages an asset.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Front Desk Representative must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 150 pounds with assistance.
