Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of the Company: Manage inbound and outbound calls from agents, delivering exceptional customer service through attentive listening and effective communication during the contracting process.
  • Organize & Process: Handle incoming paperwork, create copies, file documents, and manage electronic records with precision.
  • Contracting Expertise: Serve as the go-to resource for all matters related to carrier contracting and certifications, ensuring agents have the support they need.
  • Agent Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for agents, guiding them through the contracting process with confidence and ease.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Apply best practices to address agent inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently via email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Embody Our Core Values: Uphold and integrate Independence Marketing Group’s core values and mission in every task and decision.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work independently while also being an effective team player, adapting to new technologies and workflows with ease.
Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse agent base.
  • Customer Success Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications.
  • Independent & Team-Oriented: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Bonus Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with Medicare is a plus but not required.
