As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department.
Pay: Up to $25 hr + bonus.
Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the property, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the building remains in optimal condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
