- Execute oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery assessments.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles.
- Accurately utilize the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle serviced.
- Engage in product and technical training as directed by management and manufacturers.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same or improved condition.
- Participate in training programs sponsored by manufacturers.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Preferred automotive technical school certifications, though not mandatory.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance in previous work or educational settings.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience as an apprentice is a plus.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic tools are required for this position.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check) is necessary.
