Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations. The technician will report to the facility manager and collaborate with the EMCOR team to address daily operational needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a diverse range of corrective maintenance tasks, including general repairs, installations, and inspections.
  • Engage with the maintenance team and clients to assess service requirements and ensure timely responses.
  • Oversee subcontractors on-site to guarantee compliance with service standards and operational protocols.
  • Facilitate the reconfiguration of office spaces, including adjustments to walls, lighting, and aesthetics as needed.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, including toilet maintenance and valve assembly replacements.
  • Adhere to a strict preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.
  • Support various projects and assist other skilled tradespeople as required.
  • Monitor building automation systems to maintain operational efficiency and comfort levels.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
