Our small, residential Property Management company is currently seeking ​a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Entering vendor invoices
  • Issuing vendor and owner payments in a timely manner
  • Bank deposits and monthly account reconciliation
  • Generating monthly financial statements
  • Tax Reporting and end of year 1099s

Qualifications:

  • At least three years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Experience in Property Management and Appfolio software a plus
