Our client is hiring for an Office Assistant with prior experience in a medical office setting.

This position is Part-time, with temp-to-hire considerations.

Starting Pay Range: $1800-22.00/HR  DOE

Office Manager will be asked to work with the Practice Doctor a rotational schedule between 3 offices in Orange County. Ideal candidate will have have prior experience in the a medical setting, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Essential job duties and requirements:

 Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with the owner and staff.
 Maintain an appointment calendar, calling to confirm and reschedule appointments.
 Answer and calls and assist with customer service issues
 Must be able to multi-task
 Self-motivated with leadership qualities
 Ability to take direction
Bilingual - English and Spanish is preferred
