Executive Assistant to CEO of Nationwide, High End Design and Manufacturing Company, Anaheim, CA area


The CEO of a privately held, nationwide company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high- end interiors and other consumer products, requires an EA who can thrive in a high energy, rapidly growing corporate environment. The role requires a right hand who is resourceful, tech savvy and can interact with all levels of company leaders and employers with discretion and decorum. The successful candidate must be able to understand the business and key players and work with minimal supervision when required. The position is hybrid, requiring two and sometimes three days in the office.



About the Job:


  • Help support and create presentations (i.e., PowerPoint and similar) for Board Meetings, Management Meetings and Company events.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; interface with the Board, senior leaders, and team members with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate designated meetings and perform related administrative needs, such as meeting scheduling, logistical planning, and chasing action items.
  • Arrange logistics and catering for internal meetings.
  • Calendar management and scheduling for executive leaders.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, sometimes including chartering private aviation and driving services.
  • Manage expense reports (Concur) for the team, invoices, and check requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle last-minute situations with grace under pressure.
  • Flexibility for occasional need to work off-hours.


About You:


  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or related position working with high-level executives.
  • Ability to create professional, executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to flex and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Experience in Concur, Kayak, Trello, SmartSheet and Microsoft Teams a plus.

Highly organized, quick thinking- a fast learner with the ability to multitask.

Able to use sound judgment and handle confidential information.
