Requirements:

  • Hiring servers, hosts and guest assistants with GM approvals
  • Weekly schedules reviewed and posted by appropriate times; server, host, & guest assistant
  • Strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controls
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week
  • Must be able to stand and walk for period of length from 8-10 hours throughout a shift
  • Overall, ensure Guest food quality

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as FOH/Assistant Manager in a Full-Service restaurant w/ Bar (Polished-Casual Dining)
  • Polished-Casual Dining / Full-Service Restaurant w/ Bar management experience REQUIRED
  • ServSafe certified preferred
  • Events planning experience preferred
