Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Casa Grande, AZ (onsite)
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM

QS Coordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
In this role, you will coordinate finished product samples to support the site’s product release and end-of-shelf-life testing processes. This includes shipping, documentation, communication of sample status, document management (archival), and management of the site’s sample inventory.
This role will also assist with clerical and documentation review duties as assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage finished product samples by ensuring all samples have been pulled, inventoried, and shipped.
- Documentation of sample status and sample inventory. Archival of all documents and adherence to GMP and GDP requirements.
- Shipment of samples for commercial stability, End of Shelf-Life, and finished product testing.
- Management of sample inventory, including coordination and documentation of all inventory practices.
- Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned per supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma/GED
- an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience/Background
- Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practices, particularly with documentation.
- Effective, efficient communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications i.e. Excel
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift ±25 lb. boxes
