The Research and Project Coordination Volunteer at Sun Life Health is integral to enhancing the operations of the Education Department and Quality Improvement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with departmental leaders and managers to facilitate research, manage projects, and support follow-up tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Assistance:
- Support literature reviews and research projects focused on healthcare education and quality enhancement.
- Gather and synthesize research outcomes to inform project development and strategic decisions.
- Project Management:
- Contribute to the organization and execution of educational programs and quality improvement projects.
- Help track project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Data Management:
- Collect and systematize data for project assessments and quality improvement measures.
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Education, Quality Improvement, and Project Management teams.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.

Education:
- Currently enrolled in high school or higher education.
