Our law firm is a well-established and respected personal injury law firm in Santa Fe.  We are seeking an experienced full-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. Candidate must have experience with Quickbooks and Excel. Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Overseeing all daily operations
  • Performing various bookkeeping functions
  • Paying vendor bills
  • Data entry and tracking of advanced client costs.
  • Bank deposits into IOLTA and operating accounts
  • Provide financial reports to the firm partners as needed
  • Filing as needed
  • Collaboration with the firm's accountant(s), CPA and managing partner
  • Management and oversight of administrative support staff
  • Oversee IT for the office and work directly with IT vendor
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Prepare Excel settlement statements
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Maintain client list
  • Coordinate quarterly bulk mailing
  • Work on projects as needed 
  • Answer phones as needed 
  • Help with daily maintenance of the office building (i.e., coordinate with contractors as needed).
