Overview:
Home Front Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is not a 9-5 job, this is an industry that doesn't sleep. You need to be hungry and willing to EARN more. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the mortgage industry as a producer, a passion for building relationships, and a deep understanding of the local markets and how to capture business from Realtors. This person will be a true entrepreneur who wants to break the way things have always been done. This person does not lead teams via a 'title' alone; they inspire and influence people to follow them and rapidly build rapport
Responsibilities:
- Regional Sales Oversight: Manage and support multiple mortgage offices within the PA/NJ region, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets. Remove barriers for the loan officers in those offices and support them from not only capturing more business but closing deals as well and overcoming the challenges of being a broker.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage loan officers, real estate partners, and branch leadership teams.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Sales Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to mortgage loan officers to help them maximize their sales potential.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage sales management, preferably in the PA/NJ region.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful teams. Resilience, Relentlessness, Grit are all required.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, regulatory landscape, and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and with a willingness to present and lead in-person events.
- Excited by the ability to travel frequently within the PA/NJ region.
Compensation:
- Base salary $35,000
- Override on any recruited RETAIL Loan Officer up to 125 BPS in-house or 150 self-sourced Keep the difference (for example Recruit an LO at 115/125 and Keep 10 In House and 25 Self Sourced) for anyone at 125 and 150, override of 5 BPS.
- Personal Deals Paid 150 BPS across the board, In-house Business at 135 BPS
- Generous commission structure 3 BPS Override on Branch Volume. This includes existing Loan officers. This volume is constantly growing as we are adding more loan officers weekly.
