Position Overview:

Reporting to the Owner, the Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for identifying opportunities, growing new markets, and maximizing revenue streams. You must have a proven track record in B2B lead generation and sales with a high closure rate. This role offers the chance to grow professionally into other B2B verticals, including corporate and light industrial markets. You'll be responsible for building new relationships and managing the sales pipeline with a focus on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.

The BDM position also requires a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client, offering tailored solutions that deliver value and drive success. This approach involves:

·      Listening and Understanding: Actively listening to clients to fully understand their requirements and pain points.·      Problem-Solving: Analyzing client needs and presenting customized solutions that address their specific challenges.·      Building Trust: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.·      Educating and Advising: Providing clients with insights and recommendations that help them make informed decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Cultivate and manage new and existing business relationships with home builders, remodelers, and supporting contractors.

· Achieve budgeted monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

· Develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects and accurately project sales.

· Represent Lifetime Green Coatings at trade shows, networking events, and other industry gatherings.
