We are seeking a detail oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team of quality professionals to perform manual product testing on physical devices and web-based applications.

What would your duties and responsibilities be as a QA Technician at ITI?

  • Writing, updating, and completing test cases designed to test functionality of custom Windows and iOS applications and/or physical devices related to over the counter and central fulfillment registration printing systems, license plate fulfillment systems, self-service terminal payment and printing systems, vehicle safety inspection certificate printing systems, and web based driver testing applications.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing.
  • Investigation, troubleshooting, and reporting of product issues found in initial inspection and/or the production environment.
  • Recording detailed notes and observations during testing.
  • Writing detailed reports upon findings from testing.
  • Maintaining and updating records of inspection and test results.
  • Testing and analysis of new products.
  • Work closely with developers and business unit to resolve issues and ensure quality.

Here are some skills/traits that my qualify for the role:

  • Detail Oriented.
  • Analytical skills to determine and diagnose trends and issues.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a group atmosphere.
  • Prior software quality assurance or relevant experience is preferred.
