As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality standards in the development of cat and dog food product. This employee will go throughout the plant to ensure the operators are performing the appropriate sanitation and quality checks per company policy and procedure. This position schedule will be on the backshift.Ensure quality standards are achieved by maintaining documentation, effective communication, and adherence to Quality SOPsDrive First Time Quality (FTQ) and other quality initiatives within facilityPerform Quality Management System checks on production floorInterpret data and evaluate trends Provide quality training to other employeesSupport Nestl Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management processesRequirementsHigh School or GED diploma preferred. 2+ years
experience working in food quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment.The approximate pay range for this position is $43,913 - 54,080. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
