          A well established and growing financial planning and employee benefits firm needs an experienced Investment Operations Assistant. This position handles paperwork for investment accounts, assists clients with forms and paperwork, maintains the CRM system, runs performance reports and helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

          The successful candidate will have:

+2 + years of financial industry experience

+FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 license preferably (or willingness to obtain)

+BS degree preferably, in business, finance or related field.

+The ability to plan and organize large volumes of work and yet maintain an eye for detail

+The ability to work in a fast paced team environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

+The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
