We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Property Manager at one of our best locations in the Allentown area managing a 200-unit complex. This role requires excellent decision-making abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The Property Manager will be responsible in the management of property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial operations. This is a dynamic position that offers opportunities for growth and development in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Attract and educate new tenants

  • Monitor and manage rent collection, including following up on late payments and initiating legal actions, if necessary

  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify maintenance or repair needs.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • All aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience level

Expected hours: 40 per week
