Chocolate Inn Taylor and Grant is a leading manufacturer of promotional chocolate, mints, candy, food & gifts and is part of the NC Custom family, the promotional products arm of Nassau Candy.

We are currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our vital Order Entry department in Hicksville

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day communication between team members and other departments (Sales, CS, Shipping Art) to identify, address, and resolve order issues and changes.
  • Entering and checking orders in conjunction with our remote team abroad (AWS).
  • Answer customer e-mails regarding order questions
  • Other duties as needed to support the department.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly detail oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have overall good computer skills and be proficient in Office, Excel, and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
  • Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an Order Entry or Data Entry role preferred; manufacturing experience a big plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
