Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Sit at the front desk and answer phones, screen calls, transfer calls to the correct departments and individuals, and greet visitors

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, staff, and vendors

  • Order office supplies and necessary inventory

  • Help support teams and departments with administrative tasks

  • Upload documents into the software database

  • Managing updates with the membership database

  • Assist with light accounting tasks

  • Write letters, draft documents, manage email inbox correspondence

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a focus on customer service

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree

  • Process-oriented and detail-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MS Office proficient

  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software systems

  • Looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, loyal, professional, and very organized
