Empire Telecom is rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Sales Representatives. Our focus is on the telecommunications industry, currently partnering with Verizon in Florida. Empire Telecom is not your average company; our mission is to empower sales entrepreneurs like you to unleash your full potential and achieve sustainable wealth.
We are actively building our Empire and seeking candidates who embody qualities such as excellence, motivation, professionalism, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
As a B2B Field Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to manage small-to-medium-sized business solutions campaigns for our clients. You will engage with existing and potential business owners on a daily basis. Your role will involve representing our client, discussing their products and services, and delivering customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business clients by arranging face-to-face meetings within your designated territory.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial appointments to ongoing customer relationship management.
- Present business products to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner, maintaining a demeanor suitable for a business environment.
- Analyze the needs and interests of prospects, employing a consultative approach to determine the best product fit for them.
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork for new business transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Full-time availability from 8 am to 5 pm.
- Valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle.
