Job Summary: A Quality Assurance Specialist in the manufacturing industry is responsible for ensuring that products meet certain thresholds of acceptability. They focus on improving product quality, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests of products and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  2. Process Evaluation: Monitor manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare reports on quality issues, and recommend solutions to management.

  7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and updates.

  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and drafting reports.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
