Currently seeking an InformationAssurance professional to fill a position with a leader in InformationTechnology in Pearl City, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degreeand be passionate about information technology work. Responsibilities of the Information Assurance (IA) Specialist Monitor, evaluate and review threat activity. Coordinate and provide guidance, assistance and recommended courses of action to ensure compliance with policies for threat mitigation and incident handling. Support the design, development and coordination of relationships and solutions to resolve problems within the specialty area. Analyze security requirements to determine if they meet security policies. Perform risk analyses, including risk assessments, analysis of systems, programs or planning activities. Gather, organize and document technical information about an organization’s mission, goals and needs. Work directly with clients to identify ways to improve data collection, data quality and analysis. Perform all other IA duties as needed. Requirements of the Information Assurance (IA) Specialist Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 1 year of Windows Server experience with 3 years of Windows Server 2008 and/or 2012 server administration and operating system and software application installation and configuration Minimum 3 years of demonstrated analyzing skills Minimum 3 years of experience with analyzing and resolving problems associated with hardware, operating system, and application software on a Windows Server Environment Minimum 1 year of experience with Security Compliance utilizing Information Assurance Support Environment - Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), generating reports and working with checklists then resolving identified issues by patching etc Experience with Adobe ColdFusion application server and Oracle database Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Secret Security Clearance or eligible for IAT Level 2 certification (for example Security+) Send us your resume and we will help you find it Dunhill Personnel of Hawaii, Inc.
