Customer Care Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our Warehouse Operations team. This critical role serves as the primary liaison between our customers and our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving. The representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues related to our warehouse operations and product deliveries, and facilitating effective collaboration between customers and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between customers and the warehouse operations team, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Manage orders, receipts, and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve delivery issues and expedite orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Provide information and assist customers with transactions
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies
- Bridge the gap between customer expectations and warehouse operations, providing insights to both sides to enhance overall service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus
Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes
Ideal Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would make a candidate stand out:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), including CRM and inventory management modules
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes
- Experience in conflict resolution or de-escalation
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
