Role Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Jessie Trice Community Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately registering patients and ensuring they have the necessary documentation for treatment. You will also handle appointment scheduling and perform various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately register all patients and verify necessary documentation.
- Schedule appointments and manage clerical duties efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) along with a minimum of two years of experience in a dental, call center, or medical setting. A solid understanding of Medicaid and Medicare insurance regulations is essential.
Additional qualifications include:
- Familiarity with customer service principles and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Special Requirements:
Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with insurance processes, documentation, and customer service in call centers is advantageous.
