POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for providing superior inventory service & fulfillment for all marketing package and tour budgets. The position will also be responsible for several administrative support functions including but not limited to what is outlined below.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):

  1. Managing Onsite & Offsite budgets.

2. Ensuring we have enough inventory secured to fulfill tour budgets in all regions.

3. Tracking and reporting on property proformas. Along with yielding to achieve forecast.

4. Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners

5. Procurement Liaison, between department leader, vendors, and internal business partners

6. Managing PMS (Property Management System).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years of call center industry experience.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable in a range of aspects within timeshare/Hospitality
  • Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on needs.
  • Must be proficient in Word and exceptional in Excel programs.
  • Must be well organized and able to work under strict time constraints.
  • Must be able to work professionally and diligently with all vendors and various hotel groups.
  • Must be able to interact with Holiday Inn Club Vacation leadership throughout the company

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and talk for extended periods of time. Be able to lift 10 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The incumbent in this position spends the majority of the time in an air-conditioned office. Incumbent must be flexible to adapt to immediate changing situations and environments based on staff and guests needs. Or in a virtual environment where it is the team members responsibility to ensure reliable internet connection.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS

Typical schedule is five days on and two days off - Must be flexible as needed for business operations.
