Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to manage the day to day operation of a fast paced, Construction Office.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Data Entry, Invoice Management.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate Word and Excel software programs effectively.
- Assist Office with Clerical duties by organizing files and keeping accurate documents.
- Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word & Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and be a self starter
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Knowledge of Job Cost and Construction vocabulary is a plus.
