Position Title: Project Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities: Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, designers, and clients, to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop project plans: Create detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines, and ensure adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Communicate project updates: Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to all stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project status and expectations.
• Maintain project documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops: Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, ensuring productive discussions and effective decision-making.
• Quality assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by conducting regular reviews and collaborating with the project team.
• Budget management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report any variances to the project manager.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative ideas to enhance project coordination and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 Year’s HR related experience
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally, if required.
