This individual will be responsible for all employees in the organization and the managerial responsibility of a Learning & Development Coordinator. This individual will significantly impact the organization from PEO management, HRIS implementation, ongoing benefit education, recruitment, and retention.
Work model:
- On-Site
What you will do:
- Implement human resources strategies and initiatives
- Help with onboarding to ensure new employees understand their impact on total business strategy and vision
- Monitor and evaluate grievances and counseling of employees and supervisors
- Oversee payroll administration and reconciliation, including payroll processing
- Enhance culture by staying current with market wages, insurance, and retirement plans
- Ensure overall compliance with employment law and regulations
- Recruit new employees through the creation of hiring practices with department leaders
- Stay connected with the communities the institution is serving by being aware of networking and volunteering activities
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of human resource experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
- PHR or other certifications are preferred
- Ability to be bonded and pass credit checks
