Keis George LLP is seeking a Judgment Collection Specialist at our Cleveland, Ohio office. The Judgment Collection Specialist will be dealing with files where a court has entered a judgment against a debtor/defendant. The Judgment Collection Specialist should be familiar with court entered judgments and have experience with asset discovery, garnishments, bank attachments, and court executions. The Judgment Collection Specialist should also expect to set up payment plans and negotiate settlements with debtors. Judgment Collection Specialist does occasionally work with the attorneys and support staff when working on files so understanding the legal process and judgment recovery is a bonus.
Position Requirements
· High School Diploma and/or GED.
· Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Attention to detail and ability to work with a large number of files.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Bilingual a plus.
