Pay: Up to $50k/year
Duties:
-Accounts Payable and Receivable
-Past due invoicing
-Disputing and claims
*Wrong billing
*Warranty for damages
*Unpaid invoicing claims
*Shipping related claims/invoices
*Product returns
-Inventory booking and recording
-Suppliers
*Researching (gather info on 3 companies to compare quotes)
*Pricing negotiation
-Update monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
-Prepare budget for following year and compare to actual.
-Prepare reports per HQ request.
Requirements:
-AP/AR Experience
-5+ years of accounting experience
-Must have QuickBooks Experience
