Duties and Responsibilities

In general, the day-to-day tasks would consist of the following but are not limited to:

  • Learning the various skills to perform our services both through training & personal efforts to grow

  • Job Scheduling

  • Estimation, Pricing/Bidding jobs

  • Ordering Materials / Creating Materials Lists

  • Participate in launching our service team for their day to day work, including preparation of their work day (such as posting work descriptions, estimates, in company software for installers to have access to)

  • Managing service execution process, workflow, and load

  • Researching opportunities for business growth / service development

  • Managing customer/client relationship and networking to grow more

  • Working with other Admin team members to launch new services

  • Equipment maintenance/ management, inventory upkeep

This is a non exhaustive list, and more would be required for the day to day duties with this job.

Our services can be quite rigorous, require special skills that we can teach, and require attention to detail and ownership/pride in work being completed. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn is required, and a heart to serve is desired. We have clients that have chosen us for 25 years, and plan to continue expanding on our ability to keep promises.

 

As we grow, and as you became more experienced with these tasks, more responsibility would be added to your plate, and you could play an even greater role in business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Higher Education: A degree in construction management or similar studies is preferred

(must be capable of taking on an up to 30 hr a week workload if still in school)

  • Experience: none is required, but skills/trades/construction experience is heavily preferred

  • Must be able to:

-climb up and down a latter

-be in the heat of summer or cold of winter

-work on a roof/with heights

-carry over 50lbs for an extended period of time

-operate machine equipment

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Ability & desire to learn

  • Desire to lead, and serve

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Familiarity with using digital calendars and workspaces

  • Ability to commute to work locations efficiently / must have a driver's license

  • High Flexibility with type of work needing to be done, and work location

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
