ABOUT US: Ascension Recovery Services is partnering with an extraordinary team on a mission to revolutionize substance use disorder treatment.  The first two centers are scheduled to open in late 2024 in Pleasant Hill and Iowa City, Iowa, with additional growth planned across the country throughout 2025 and beyond.  We’re not just opening treatment centers; we’re creating a movement. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our reach, increase referrals, and foster community engagement.
    • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, resulting in meeting or exceeding established targets for patient admissions and revenue growth
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders. You’ll be the face of our centers Partner with internal team members to build and create a culture of caring, innovation and change
    • Educate team members and referral sources about company services related to industry changes, specific clinical programs and capabilities, clinical outcomes and appropriate patient referrals/admissions.
    • Represent the centers at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
    • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organization
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of our programs and services.
    • Recruit, train, and manage ongoing performance of Outreach/Business Development Coordinators to ensure territory growth maintains pace with company performance objectives.
    • Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
  • Growth Catalyst: Drive admissions, revenue, and program development. Your creativity and drive will shape our success story.
    • Create KPI’s, track data and analyze to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Manage key deliverables. Prepare and deliver executive presentations to senior leadership teams within Company and at external partners.
  • Advocate: Advocate for addiction awareness, reduce stigma, and promote access to quality care.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare, or related field (master’s preferred)
  • Proven success in business development within healthcare or addiction treatment, including 5+ years of experience in a strategic, leadership role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for our mission and commitment to making a difference.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and a valid driver’s license
