- Training: 3 weeks of training Monday - Wed onsite 8am - 5pm EST
- Aferwards Schedule: 10:30am - 7pm EST
- Average 45 calls each day
- Order inquiries - order placement, pricing for lap equipment, supplies and materials for hospitals and research facilities, giving quotes, etc
- Ability to communicate with others
- Provide tracking info to customers
- Have computer knowledge
- SAP knowledge is a plus, will train
- Will utilize UPS and FedEx for shipping
- Bilingual is a plus
- HS Diploma or GED
- Interviews will be virtual
- The Customer Care Associate position involves working in a dynamic, fast paced, high energy call center, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering a better customer experience.
- You will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within customer specifications for Company's guidelines.
- As a Customer Care Associate, you must be eager to learn, be respectful, honest & humble, and embrace challenges.
- Resolve requests and inquiries related to orders, shipments or other customer-related matters and accurately document.
- Ensure documentation adheres to ISO certifications and is able to withstand Customer-Service related audits when called upon.
- Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via inbound calls, email and website inquiries.
- Investigate and record lost or damaged orders, complaints, credit and/or rebill requests.
- Act as a role model of Millipore’s values and best-in-class business practices
