We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative/ Call Center Support Rep, to work for a growing healthcare education company. In this role you will be responsible for handling all customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, email, and chat. Musty be comfortable using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant customer service/call center experience. This job is 100% remote. Must be able to work 9:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday – Friday. Must have reliable internet and be comfortable completing tasks independently. Please apply if interested

Responsibilities
  • Customer service is the primary function
  • Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Responds to all general inquiry emails and or chats.
  • Requires working knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
  • Experience using HubSpot and other CRM tools a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer/client orientation
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and highly organized
