  • You will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed according to customer specifications.
  • As a Customer Care Associate, you must be eager to learn, respectful, honest, humble, and ready to embrace challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle an average of 45 calls each day.
  • Address order inquiries, including order placement, pricing for lab equipment, supplies, and materials for hospitals and research facilities, and providing quotes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Provide tracking information to customers.
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency.
  • Utilize SAP (training provided if necessary).
  • Use UPS and FedEx for shipping.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Maintain a high school diploma or GED.
  • Conduct virtual interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve requests and inquiries related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters and accurately document them.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to ISO certifications and can withstand Customer-Service related audits.
  • Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via inbound calls, email, and website inquiries.
  • Investigate and record lost or damaged orders, complaints, credit, and/or rebill requests.
