- The Customer Care Associate position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy call center and a rewarding team environment focused on delivering a superior customer experience.
- You will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed according to customer specifications.
- As a Customer Care Associate, you must be eager to learn, respectful, honest, humble, and ready to embrace challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Handle an average of 45 calls each day.
- Address order inquiries, including order placement, pricing for lab equipment, supplies, and materials for hospitals and research facilities, and providing quotes.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Provide tracking information to customers.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency.
- Utilize SAP (training provided if necessary).
- Use UPS and FedEx for shipping.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- Maintain a high school diploma or GED.
- Conduct virtual interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve requests and inquiries related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters and accurately document them.
- Ensure documentation adheres to ISO certifications and can withstand Customer-Service related audits.
- Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via inbound calls, email, and website inquiries.
- Investigate and record lost or damaged orders, complaints, credit, and/or rebill requests.
