Controls Engineer( power generation industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply advanced control technologies to gas/steam turbine applications
- Collaborate with design engineers of various disciplines to surface control system requirements and drive equipment requirements for controllability
- Write, test, and develop requirements for turbine application code
- Be accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, customer deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards
- Lead software acceptance tests with customers
- Support Engineering Services field personnel in technical resolution of field problems
- Handle multiple projects / activities
- Review and interpret customer specifications.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college
- 3-5 years of experience in Controls Engineering
- Experience with the power generation industry
- Experience with Mark*VI, Mark*VIe and Cimplicity
