Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Operate computer systems efficiently for day-to-day operations.
  • Create, maintain, and update Excel reports.
  • Answer and make phone calls to customers professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to coordinate and support their efforts.
  • Write and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Key Skill Requirements:
