Construction Superintendent -Commercial Construction

Highly respected and regionally based General Contractor is searching for a Lead Superintendent with commercial construction experience. All projects will be in the Richmond regional area, so the selected candidate must be willing to commute to projects in southern Richmond.

Projects are commercial ground up buildings, renovations, tenant interiors, upfits, etc.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.

· Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.

· Maintaining a great relationship with the client.

Qualification Requirements:

· At least 5-7 years' experience working in commercial construction as a lead superintendent for a GC or CM.

· Experience on both ground up and renovation projects.

· You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Salary level:

· $110K-$130K/year, depending on experience, company truck, gas card and an excellent benefits package to include healthcare and 401K with match.
