Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for resolving incoming telephone requests for technical assistance on standard commercial and proprietary applications. Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the Help Desk roleEducation/Experience:
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of previous computer support experience REQUIRED
Skills Needed:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work under pressure
  • Ability to work on multiple activities concurrently.
  • Strong systemic thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in business process definition and validation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good documentation skills.
