We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician for our Sherman Oaks facility. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and implementing efficient solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Oversee functionality of necessary IT works like O365, Active Directory, Printers, Scanners, Copiers etc.
  • Provide technical support over the phone and in-person.
  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software applications


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a help desk technician
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA Service Management ticketing systems (or similar ticketing system)
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, Azure AD
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
  • Tech savvy with a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field.


Physical Review:

  • Capacity to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with loud noises from machines and varying temperatures.
  • Comfortable with 8-5 or 9-6 Pacific Standard Time work hours.


This role is located in Sherman Oaks and offers a target salary range of $60K - $75K depending on experience. We offer a competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
