Job DescriptionJob Description

Express Employment Laguna Hills is looking for an Accounting Clerk for an Evaluation-to-Hire Position in Laguna Hills.

Hours: Full-time

Pay: Up to 29 DOE

This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Payment Processing:

  • Verify and reconcile payment details with invoices and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve any payment discrepancies.

General Ledger Reconciliation:

  • Match general ledger entries to accounts receivable reports..
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial data.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Enter data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:

Preferred Accounting or related Degree

Previous experience in accounting or finance administration is preferred.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
