8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the organization ahead of the competition.

9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

10. Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting on all social media platforms, including scheduling posts and coordinating with team members for content creation.

11. Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages, including profile bios, cover photos, and other relevant details, to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.

12. Gather feedback and insights from social media channels to inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing social media presence.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform social media strategy.
