Jacksonville Beach CPA firm is currently hiring an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. The position is a permanent opportunity.

The firm has been open and operating for 20 years and oversees the accounting and tax functions of over 50 small businesses.  Our work atmosphere is professional and friendly, our dress code is business casual.  Salary is based on experience.  Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Benefits includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation and personal time.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A good understanding of accounting principles, experience with bookkeeping and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, payroll and related tax returns and sales tax returns,
  • Attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Advance skills with Excel and QuickBooks, both Desktop and QuickBooks Online
  • Work well with others, in an organized manner and an ability to follow-up on tasks.
