Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable: Efficiently manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Price Verification: Verify vendor invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Payroll: Process payroll for all employees with precision.
Customer Invoicing: Generate and manage customer invoices.
Vendor Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts to maintain accuracy.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements.
Income and Expense Recording: Record income and expenses accurately in the appropriate month.
Monthly Financial Reports: Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
Customer Collections: Oversee and manage customer collections.
Job Costing: Accurately allocate income and expenses to the appropriate jobs.
Schedule of Values Preparation: Prepare Schedule of Values (G702/G703 Documents) for all construction jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required. Experience in the service or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
