Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and current financial records are maintained through accounting software.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements to guarantee accuracy.
  • Administer payroll processes, including wage calculations, tax withholdings, and issuing payments.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Support budget development and monitoring, tracking expenditures and identifying discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and other necessary regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the annual audit process by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role or equivalent.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
