We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Departments: We have positions available in all departments: Front End, Customer Service, Liquor, Wine, Beer, Cigars, Express & Warehouse.

Adaptability: Ideal candidates will have the ability to adapt and become a top performer. We cross train in multiple departments so that we offer maximum flexibility to our staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock and stock as necessary.
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
