As the Digital Marketing Manager at First Enroll, you will play a critical role in leading the company’s organic marketing and growth initiatives and lead generation.  In this role, you will maximize search engine visibility for our clients, and responsible for implementing cutting-edge Google Ads and SEO strategies, optimizing website structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall digital marketing performance.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Manage 3rd party lead gen sources and start building our own efforts for lead gen. Implement lead distribution software 
  • Manage Google Ads and company social media platforms, driving volume to Agents / Agencies
  • Develop, manage, monitor, and execute a transparent SEO strategic plan and vision that aligns with the company’s goals and metrics
  • Project management of all content deliverables and milestones
  • Provide insightful SEO reports, building data dashboards that highlight key metrics, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key internal stakeholders
  • Use custom SEO tooling to optimize and create new landing pages and contact form pages
  • Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page optimizations to enhance organic search visibility
  • Develop supporting marketing content that will maximize the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and outreach
  • Manage vendors, vendor relationships, and systems utilized for SEO and marketing content creation
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory of all marketing content
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Who you are:

 

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools is required
  • Lead generation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or content strategy
  • Up-to-date understanding of organic search trends and proven ability to achieve top search ranking results
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing on various social media platforms – and how to drive traffic through those platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent understanding of SEO concepts and experience finding and diagnosing SEO problems (technical and content) that have produced measurable impact 
  • Experience in developing and maintaining business reports and performing ad-hoc analysis; with demonstrated skills in data interpretation and statistical analysis
  • Work Location: South Florida (preferred) or Tinton Falls, NJ
