Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful projects and teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technological Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, project management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • FileMaker Knowledge: Experience with FileMaker is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and client needs.
  • Graphic Design and Branding Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience creating and implementing effective branding strategies.
