Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems accurately and ensure patient information is kept confidential and secure.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, submit claims, and resolve billing issues as necessary.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medical and office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations within the office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred.
  • Certification or training as a medical assistant is desirable but not required; willingness to learn and assist with medical procedures under supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
  • Receptionist experience
